Plum Olives gathered by hand from the area of Thirea in Arcadia. These are large-sized crushed olives in brine and are marinated with rosemary, mild-flavored pepper and sea salt.
They also contain red wine vinegar, lemon juice and bay leaves.
All of the above give an even more intense flavor to the olive making it special.
It is packed in a glass jar with a net weight of 215gr.
