Chicken marinated with honey and balsamic

Ingredients
For the chicken:
1 chicken fillet
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary
For the garnish:
1/3 FL. Oatmeal
1 pepper
2 tbsp maize
1 oyster mushroom

Instructions
1. In a bowl (preferably with a lid) add the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary and mix until homogenize. Then we put the chicken and mix it until let the marinade go everywhere. Close the lid and leave for 15′
2. Finely dice the pepper and mushroom. Boil in a saucepan oatmeal in 1 cup of water for about 20′. Boil in a saucepan oatmeal in 1 cup of water for about 20′. At 10′ boil add the pepper, mushroom and corn. Remove from heat for 20 minutes. Place a towel or paper towels over the pot and then press the lid to seal.
3. Bake the chicken in the pan (ideally in a griddle) along with the marinade, add a little oil, over medium-high heat, until golden brown.
