1 sachet of dry yeast
1 glass of lukewarm water
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp sugar
a little salt
1 and 1/2 cup plum olives or Kalamata olives in chunks
1. In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt, the yeast and the sugar, add the water and knead continuously. Add half of the olive oil.
2. Let it rest for 10 minutes and then add the remaining olive oil and olives by kneading.
3. Place in a baking pan and let it rise for 30 minutes.
4. Brush the top of the dough with a little olive oil and bake for 45 minutes at 120⁰C
